Pat to those who knew and loved her was born in Shenandoah, she was the daughter of Jennie Slotcavage Jeffries and the late John W. Jeffries.

Pat was a graduate of North Schuylkill High School, class of 1969 and graduated from the St. Luke’s School of Nursing in Bethlehem.

Pat worked as an Intensive Care Nurse in St. Luke’s Hospital for many years before returning to the area; Pat also worked at the former Pottsville and Good Samaritan Hospitals in Pottsville.  Pat was most recently employed by Apixio, where she was an IBR Level 2 Analyst for medical claims.

Pat was preceded in death by her father John W. Jeffries; in 2013.

Patricia is survived by her mother Jennie Jeffries, currently a resident at York Terrace nursing home, Pottsville; a son; Craig Wagner and wife Jenifer of Ashland; a daughter; Tara Hughes and husband Fred of Gordon; a brother John J. Jeffries and wife Patty of Barnesville; and the four greatest joys of her life; her grandsons; Alec Bolinsky; Tristan Bolinsky; Scott Wagner and her niece Maddison Jeffries, who she thought of as her very own granddaughter.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 18, 2024, at the Albert L. Gricoski Funeral Home, Frackville with Rev. Jeff Merwine, as celebrant.  Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation at the funeral home from 11:30 a.m. till time of service at the funeral home.  Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
