Obituaries
Born in Shenandoah, October 28, 1934, he was a son of the late John and Ann Wowak Zemansky Sr. He was a graduate of Frackville High School class of 1953.
He was a US Army veteran having served during the Korean War.
He was a member of the Trinity Evangelical Congregational Church, Frackville; a lifetime member of the Antique Auto Club of America; a member of the Pulasky Lodge #216 Free and Accepted Masons, Pottsville, the Caldwell Consistory of the Masons, Bloomsburg and was a member of the former F&AM Masonic Lodge #737, Frackville.
He worked as a machine operator for Allied chemical, MarLin for over 25 years and previously worked as a supervisor at the former Metropolitan Mirror and Glass, Frackville.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Leonard Zemansky.
John is survived by his wife of 53 years, Lois Andrews Zemansky, Frackville; Nieces and Nephews, Great Nieces and Great Nephews; Great-great Nieces and Nephews
Private Gravesite Services will be held at the 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 19, 2020 in Greenwood Cemetery, Frackville with Rev. Jay Serafin, officiating.
