Born in New Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Helen Kokitus Drabnis.

She was a graduate of St. Francis Academy, Pittsburg; an Undergraduate Degree at Duquesne and received her Masters Degree in Education at Penn State

She was a teacher for North Schuylkill Elementary School in Ringtown and worked with her husband Leonard at the former Leonard’s Flower Shop, Frackville.

She was devout Catholic and was a member of St. Theresa of Calcutta Parish, Limerick

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years Leonard J. Laurusevage, in 2018.

Theresa is survived by daughter; Helene Laurusevage and husband David Magee, Sanatoga; son; Leonard Laurusevage, II and wife Virginia, Mahanoy city and daughter; Francine Laurusevage and companion, Thomas Weiser, Pottstown; grandsons; Marshal and Lucas Laurusevage.

Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
