Born in Shenandoah, November 28, 1932, she was a daughter of the late George and Catherine Mikolyczyk Koszyk.  She was a graduate of Shenandoah Catholic High School, class of 1950.

Tecla worked closely with her husband Ernie at Ernie’s Photography Studio, Frackville for many years.

She enjoyed playing cards, bingo and doing puzzles. A member of the Frackville Senior Citizens she like going on many of the day trips they offered.

She was preceded in death by her husband Ernest Garbarino, sisters; Helen Waddell, Elsie Igielski, Dorothy Yezalinus, Agnes Wargo, Florence Kostowski and Judy Orzechowski.

Tecla is survived by her son; Charles P. Shaulis, Jr. and companion Kathy Molnar, Gilberton; a sister Rose Rydzy, Shenandoah; several nieces and nephews.

Private Religious Services will be held Tuesday at the Albert L. Gricoski Funeral Home, Frackville with Rev. Brian Miller, as celebrant.  Interment will be in Annunciation Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights.
