Born in Brooklyn, New York, he was raised in Philadelphia and was a son of the late Anthony and Nancy Rotolo.

He worked for SEPTA in Philadelphia and last worked for the Mt. Carmel Area School District before his retirement.

Chuck was the family chef, he enjoyed preparing the family dinners and could always make a meal from whatever was left in the kitchen.  He also liked to fish and spend time outdoors.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Pauline Brodo.

Charles is survived by his wife, the love of his life for 49 years, Lynda Bryan Rotolo; daughters; Danielle Marshall (Charles), Lisa Baker (Glen), Lynda Perfidio, Tammy Fabiani; and son; Ronald Lorch; 12 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
